User Content

• Contains any form of malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Is, in our sole judgment, inappropriate or disruptive to other users, or poses potential harm or liability to us or others.

To ensure a safe environment, we employ systems to detect and restrict prohibited content. We reserve the right to take appropriate action against any account or content involved in policy violations, including content removal and account termination.

AI Outputs

The Service generates videos and other content in response to your User Content ("Outputs"). To the extent permitted by applicable law, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the Outputs you generate for your own lawful purposes, subject to these Terms. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected, and you are responsible for reviewing Outputs before use.

Credit System

The Service may use a credits system to meter generation. Credits represent a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service and carry no monetary value. Credits may be granted to your account and may expire according to the terms displayed when they are granted. We may adjust credit costs, model availability, and output specifications (such as resolution and duration) at any time.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Site, the Service, and any content provided by us, including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted no rights in these materials except as expressly stated in these Terms.

User Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service ("Feedback") will be our exclusive property, and you assign all rights in such Feedback to us.

Termination
